Pregnancy & Parenting can be rough. Finding help shouldn’t be.
You’ve found the source for help, information, and resources about Maternal Depression and Anxiety.
As a state chapter of Postpartum Support International, the Utah Maternal Health Collaborative offers free phone and email support provided by mothers who have experienced emotional health complications around pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, miscarriage and loss, as well as helpful local resources and referrals. We bring mothers with lived experience together with medical, mental health and allied professionals in our communities. Our mission is to exchange ideas and form relationships to increase and improve awareness, prevention, detection, and treatment of maternal mental health conditions in Utah. Our goal is to ensure that every woman in Utah receives information on risk, prevention, and treatment of pregnancy and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders which affect at least 13% of Utah moms.
We welcome all races, religions, nationalities, sexual orientations and genders.
The UMMHC values diversity and is a place of inclusion.
We believe that Mom’s Mental Health Matters!
